Innominabile
Cuve'e Brut - White, sparkling wine
You need special people to do well the simplest things! Innominabile is a conceited sparkling wine that does not follow any production policy. It comes from a species of vine which, after 34 years, has decided to take its revenge and to get into the saddle again. A mature vine that does not yield large amount of grapes, but gives us fruits of excellent quality.
Oro Innominabile is the full expression of a native and very rare species of vine that our grandparents called “Champagna”, and in oenology is called “Marzemina Bianca”. When they reach the ripening appropriate for the vintage, its grapes present a golden colour, very intense and uniform. All this confers to the wine an important structure and a good freshness that make it suitable for the sparkling process.
Excellent as appetizer, it matches perfectly both first courses and fish, but it does not despise cold meats and salami, nor white meats.
